These terms apply to your use of the Adqorix Chrome extension and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by [Legal business name] (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What Adqorix does

Adqorix shows estimated spend, views and related metrics for ads in the Meta Ads Library. Meta does not publish spend for most ads, so these figures are modelled estimates calculated from public signals. They are not Meta’s data, are not exact, and may differ from what an advertiser actually spent.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Use the estimates as a guide, not as a basis for financial, legal or business commitments on their own. We don’t guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete or up to date, and you’re responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

3. Not affiliated with Meta

Adqorix is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. “Meta” and “Facebook” are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. Using the Service properly

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks Meta’s terms for the Ads Library.
• Copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its estimates as your own product.
• Reverse engineer, overload or try to disrupt the Service, except where the law allows it.
• Share a paid account’s access beyond the number of logins your plan includes.

5. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro and Agency), when available, are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before the change applies to you.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Our content

The Service, including its design, code and estimation method, belongs to us. Ads and content shown in the Ads Library belong to their respective owners; we don’t claim any rights in them.

8. Availability and changes

The Service depends on the Meta Ads Library and on third-party websites that we don’t control, so it may sometimes stop working or change. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend access if you break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
